My name is Colette and I'm addicted to herbs! My journey began in 2014 when back-to-back cancer battles (and a stem cell transplant) left my husband Eric weak and depleated. Tired of taking a PILE of pills everyday, I made it my personal mission to find natural options for him that could support his recovery and offer him relief. From severe neuropathy after years of chemo and radiation treatments, to really weird skin issues that no prescription seemed to help - I made it my life's work to formulate lotions, creams, and herbal salves that could elevate his quality of life. He certainly didn't beat cancer to live miserably! This website is a testament to our story... as I mastered one herb, I moved on to another - and soon, a collection was born that changed our lives. It just had to be shared with the world!
it began with dandelions
The first salve I made to help Eric with his irritated, often rashy, skin was Dandelion Salve. I learned that dandelions are packed with the essential vitamins and minerals our skin craves as well as dozens of well-documented beneficial properties that supported the recovery he needed. His skin started to respond and the recovery process began! Seeing what this salve could do created an almost unsatiable curiosity with in me that was the driving force behind formulating the collection you see today. Each salve, lotion, and cream is powered by custom herbal blends that harness the goodness only Mother Nature can offer!
gate-keeper & chief maker
While Eric and I run all aspects of the business together - we do have a few ladies that step in to help with stickering and shipping during peak seasons and busy launches. However, one thing NO ONE touches is production. That's MY JOB. I'm a perfectionist, major gate-keeper of my formulas, and the Chief Maker of all Bloom to Balm products. It's just something I'm not willing to give up. If that keeps me small, so be it. Our products are always handcrafted in small batches, and the only ingredient not listed on the label is the personal pride and love I put into everything I make! They say if it's not broken, don't fix it... take one look at our Customer Reviews and you'll see that we have a pretty good thing going... so it's staying the way it is!

Every salve from Bloom to Balm works! The Deep Recovery did not disappoint either. Excellent products.
These body creams are high quality! The Eucalyptus mint is my favorite scent. The body cream goes on smooth and doesn't start flaking like other body creams. I'm a big fan of Bath and Body body creams, but this body cream beats out my opinion of B&B body creams. This Dandelion body cream is a must have!
I love this small business and the very personal attention from owner Collette, as well as the quality products I’ve received. Collette reads and responds immediately to any comments submitted with orders and even writes little notes on the receipts included with each package. I have tried many Bloom to Balm products and now have my core favorite favorites. The small trial tins of salves make trying many of the products affordable and a great way to learn what works for you. I hope Bloom to Balm will continue to maintain their genuine passion for quality products that have everyone’s health and well being in mind, and not turn to synthetic mimics by going big business and mass production. I love that Bloom to Balm is made by Collette in small batches that she oversees personally so that the quality is consistent and can be trusted.
I’m loving Happy Pits. I love the scent and the easy application. It keeps me odor free all day, and the scrub is great for softening the underarm area and removing residue with the same pleasant scent. It does not contain aluminum or harsh chemicals which is a must and I highly recommend these two products.
I’ve been using this Elderberry syrup daily for almost a year and have not been sick one day. It has a pleasant flavor and is very easy to make and store in the refrigerator. A spoonful each morning and you’re goo to go!
This lotion has a beautiful scent! It goes on smoothly and moisturizes all day. I love it.

Put this on my husbands and sons neck and chest and my husband woke up without his lingering cough after 1 night of it on him. My son has swollen lymph nodes in his neck and after a few nights they have gone down. LOVE this stuff! Thank you!

Nothing but 5 Stars for each and every product on here! Love this, especially with the muscle strain salve. I strained my calf muscle 3 weeks ago and applied this with the muscle strain and it helped speed up recovery! Thank you!
I LOVE this stuff! I spread it on every night and have a good nights sleep, no restless legs. I use it in combination with a prescription, but it has increased the stillness of my legs all night.

This lotion is smooth and wonderful. It, along with the Dande-Lux treatment oil, are an amazing combination. My skin is soft after putting on.
